Jackie Warner, fitness expert, gym owner, television star (Bravo's "Work Out") and entrepreneur, instills passion into every aspect of her life. Fitness has always been a part of her life – as an accomplished childhood equestrian to collegiate athlete, Jackie built a strong base of experience and knowledge in both exercise and nutrition.

From a small town, Midwestern girl, to a self made millionaire by age 22, Jackie used her need for excellence and passion for creativity to become driven and diligent within the world of business. She found her first calling in the fitness industry while working as a writer for Warner Brothers. "I realized I had a much stronger purpose when I successfully turned a co-colleagues life around through diet, counseling and training. I was hooked and decided then and there to change career direction completely." Wasting no time, Jackie began revolutionizing the fitness industry by being one of the first to offer medical treatments within her multi-discipline wellness center in Beverly Hills called Lift. She also pioneered the concept of incorporating exercise therapy into traditional medical insurance plans.

Richard from Texas made his public debut in Elizabeth Gilbert's bestseller, Eat, Pray, Love. Book critics dubbed him "a remarkable character that with his colloquial one-liners dispels poignant, irreverent, humorous advice"; "so wise and possessing such an incredibly unique spirit"; and "a surprisingly wise cowboy from Texas."

Soon his euphemisms appeared on reader's Internet blogs who touted his counsel and the difference his insights made in their lives saying, "Everyone should have a Richard from Texas." When Gilbert was invited to the Oprah Winfrey Show in an unprecedented move Oprah extended the invitation to Richard as well. The audience squealed and shrieked giving him a standing ovation. Then came speaking requests to appear before book clubs and other venues.

He now faces life challenges differently and has an inner acceptance of life’s "gifts" along the way. Although he now always asks God when delivering the gifts to "Please be gentle with me, OK?" He sums it up like this, "Sometimes we need to be disturbed in order to find peace-to have the incentive to search."

Laura Skirde is a Meteorologist/Reporter with KXAN Austin News. She was born in New York, raised in Denver and now calls Austin her home. Laura always wanted to be a journalist, writing for newspaper throughout her school years. When she discovered broadcast journalism in college, she was hooked. Using sound and images to tell a story allows her to tap into a whole new level of creativity.

What is her most memorable story? Laura recalls, “The weather extremes that we have to deal with in Central Texas are fascinating. A highlight for me was actually heading to the Texas Coast and covering the landfall of Hurricane Claudette in July of 2003. It's one thing to read about tropical systems in a textbook, quite another to be caught in the midst of such a powerful storm. A gust topping 100 mph actually blew in the back window of our news vehicle before we were able to make it to safer ground.”

Shonna Cooper, founder and CEO of Work-Life Initiative LLC, has a three-sided view of the work/life balance equation. As an entrepreneur and employer, she evaluated and hired high achievers with specific skill-sets—and compatible personality characteristics—to help her business achieve objective, identifiable goals. In her career as a recruiter, she sought to match top talent in the corporate world with companies where they could have the greatest impact and the best opportunity for success. And, after the birth of her daughter, she viewed business as it is seen by millions of mothers across the country—as a place with an acute need for workable solutions that accommodate the demands of family life.

This multi-layered resumé is the foundation of Work-Life Initiative LLC.

Formerly a professional in the executive/technology recruiting field, Shonna was aware of a work/balance movement emerging in select companies across the country. She knew the traditional options mothers face—leaving the career-path, putting the child in day care, taking part-time work—but believed that women should have a solution that did not involve an uncomfortable level of compromise. Shonna’s strong desire to bring together qualified, professional women with diversity-driven, progressive employers led her to develop Work-Life Initiative LLC. The company officially launched in January 2008.

Brad Womack, 34, is a successful, self made entrepreneur. Currently residing in Austin, Texas, Brad co owns four lucrative bars with his two brothers, Chad and Wesley, both of whom are married. With the success of these establishments, they are now looking to expand into other ventures and are in the early stages of developing a hotel.

However Brad has had to overcome some obstacles on his way to his booming business career. Born in Atlanta, his family stayed there until he was 12 years old, and then the family moved to Livingston, Texas, where he went to high school. Growing up in a single parent home, his challenging days as a youngster helped to instill in him a good work ethic, the importance of a stable family and the ability to be a good provider. Not born with a silver spoon in his mouth, he is appreciative of what he has accomplished on his own. These strong values, coupled with great looks and undeniable sex appeal, make him the perfect catch.

For all his hard earned accomplishments, there is one thing missing from Brad's life he's ready to find his soul mate, settle down and have the family life he has so long desired. But Brad's heart, determination and commitment have already given him a good start. Brad is sincere about his search and optimistic that he will find the woman who could become his wife.
